Metcha is an AI-powered career platform operated by Qween Technologies. We help candidates match with jobs, customise their resumes, and prepare for applications.

2. What data we collect and why

We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your data with employers or recruiters without your explicit action (applying to a specific job).
4. How long we keep your data

5. Your rights under DPDPA 2023
Right to access
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Download my data.
Note: this feature is being built and will be available within 30 days of launch.
Right to correction
You can update your profile data at any time in Dashboard → Profile. For data you cannot edit directly, email privacy@metcha.ai.
Right to erasure
You can delete your account and all associated data permanently. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and takes effect within 30 days.
Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent for email notifications in Dashboard → Settings. To withdraw consent for all data processing, delete your account.
Right to grievance redressal
Email grievance@metcha.ai. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 30 days.
You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India at dpboard.gov.in.
6. Data security
We protect your data using:
- Encryption at rest for sensitive fields (salary, deal-breakers, interview transcripts)
- Private file storage with time-limited access links
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit
- Row-level security ensuring users can only access their own data
- Regular security monitoring
7. How to delete your account
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Scroll to the bottom — Danger Zone section
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your email address
- All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days

8. Updates to this policy
We will notify you by email if we make significant changes to this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
